RANGERS FC, GEAR UP FOR AKWA UNITED

Players of Coal City Flying Antelopes, Rangers International Football Club of Enugu say the home victory against El-Kanemi Football Club of Maiduguri, have put them in psychological victory over Akwa United FC in their match day four in Uyo on Wednesday against Akwa United football club.

Rangers FC media investigations revealed that players of the Club said their focus have been shifted to their Wednesday match with Akwa United and resolved to pick the maximum points against the Akwa  team to maintain their winning formula.
According to the players, the victory against EL-Kanemi as well as the away draw with Nasarawa united have brought back the winning mentality of the flying Antelopes team and geared towards reclaiming the number one spot in the league as the reigning League Champions.
Some of the players maintained that with the return of the likes of Chisom Egbuchulam, Odah Onoriode and Ugwu Nwadiegwu, there is no stopping the flying Antelopes,  from winning  the league back to back this season.
The club technical Adviser, Imama Amapakabo described Rangers one zero victory over EL-Kanemi on Sunday as a Morale booster for his players to confront Akwa United on Wednesday in Uyo.
Rangers FC media reports that the  technical adviser is very optimistic that the issues of goal  scoring by his lads will soon be a things of the past  as the technical crew is leaving nothing to chance in correcting the problem of missing scoring chances even when a lot of chances were created.
According to the media, Imama believes that the lapses observed in the clubs first two games will be corrected in the subsequent matches and assured Rangers fans that the club will come back to its winning ways.

Rangers Intl. FC on Sunday at the Nnamdi Azikiwe Stadium, Enugu beat EL-Kanemi FC of Maiduguri by a lone goal scored by Bobby Clement in the 67 minutes, and will be away to Akwa United FC in Uyo on Wednesday.
